I looked after a varied portfolio of properties for commercial clients understanding and implementing energy saving methods, techniques and products.The majority of my time was spent as the embedded energy manager for the retail operation of a high street bank, where I was chiefly responsible for a cost control and avoidance program that I devised, as well as undertaking an extensive program of energy audits of the retail portfolio.

I looked after the majority of MoD sites in Devon & Cornwall, Where I helped to identify energy wastage, and spend to save energy improvements using the latest engineering solutions. Working in conjunction with our Energy Bureau we had many years of half hourly consumption data that I used to create daily consumption profiles allowing me to quickly and efficiently spot wastage and act to remove/reduce it. Made redundant after a change in contract delivery.
