Prior to taking on overall leadership of the company, his career spanned more than 30 years in the insurance industry in executive leadership roles where he contributed strategically, and led sales and underwriting operations. At SECURA, Dave has successfully guided new product development, state expansion, and agency partnerships, ultimately helping profitably grow it to the nearly $500 million in sales that the company will be by year end 2014. He helped shape the company’s people-focused culture, fostering exceptional service to agents and policyholders.Active in the community, Dave currently serves on the Board of Directors and the fund development committee for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
