As the Senior eLearning Developer, I have extensive experience in all aspects of the development process for SCORM-conformant courseware production and served as a LMS administrator. This includes developing, consulting and programming advanced learner-centric eLearning/web-based training materials, to implement working solutions for new functionality in eLearning. I also converted hundreds of Flash-based course to HTML as Flash is not longer supported in most modern browsers.I used the latest versions of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Animate, Premiere Pro, Audition, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat DC, Media Encoder, etc.), Captivate, Camtasia, Lectora, Brightcove, Brainshark, Flip PDF Pro, and Microsoft Office 365 on a daily basis. When I was the Director of Online Instruction and Internet Resources at Northeast Community College, the college started with no classes, and when I left we had a full curriculum of over seventy courses, in subjects ranging from Electricity to Art History, English to Math and Science, and everything else to complete a degree fully online.
