Over 25 year’s experience in the offshore industry in various Construction and Project Management positions working in UK, America, Singapore, Russia, Dubai. Qatar. Key skills include management and interface of multi discipline teams in the co-ordination of project activities as well as key interface for the offshore construction supervisors being New Builds or Modules & Re-Furbishments. Involved in the day to day reporting and liaise with Clients and Project Manager’s. Actively involved in the preparation and submission of cost estimates for project variations, material procurement, project budget and cost control, planning, construction team assembly to meet project requirements, logistics interface and HR liaison with HR Manager and implementing OCA terms.On the engineering side heavily involved in coordinating work pack preparation and assembly with the key disciplines involved as well as preparation of risk assessments and company / industry safety policies (COSHH, HAV’s, LOLAR etc.).Own discipline background is plumbing and pipework, but through project management and construction activities over the past two decades have an understanding on the importance of discipline interface and coordination.Re-located to Qatar Sept 2016 to take up position with IRM Offshore Services as General Manager
