CurrentMaintenance Supervisory role including Reliability Maintenance Manager,planning ,scheduling,and budgeting,. At present time my role is the Operations Technical Services Manager . Role includes the following. Scheduling pasteurizer chemical cleaning and proper operation of pasteurizers, assuring the cleanliness of pasteurizer headers are maintained, scheduling maintenance task for utilities and some equipment, controlling budget cost of supplies , controlling packaging supply needs such as packaging carton glue, line lubrication, cleaning chemicals, maintain the SAP maintenance backlog for maintenance task and Cleaning task. Areas of responsibility include pasteurizer water treatment, Manning scheduling, controlling supplies budget cost, Quality control procedures, SOP writing, Monitoring energy usage and reducing usage where applicable, Develop Computer maintenance plans for automatic generation of work orders.
