Spearheaded the development of front-end applications using a tech stack that included React.js, JavaScript, Styled Components with CSS, and Material UI.Demonstrated leadership by defining protocols and taking charge of production deployments for the Smart Size Chart, a sophisticated front-end application developed with React.js, which successfully integrated with over fifteen client websites including Vuori, and Men’s Wearhouse.Designed and implemented back-end AWS Lambdas, leveraging both JavaScript and Python, and effectively utilized Serverless architecture. These Lambdas interacted with PostgreSQL databases, optimizing data retrieval and management processes of large amounts of data, created extra precautions with AWS Firehose functionality, and wrote scripts to intake data from clients and reformat it in order to be used in both our API and front-end experience. Championed a comprehensive testing approach by creating and executing tests using Datadog, Cypress, and Jest. These tests spanned both front-end applications and back-end APIs, ensuring robust functionality, performance, and consistency across the entire software stack.Revamped and refined a Vue.js front-end website to elevate its user experience and functionality. This included a continual backend optimization effort to seamlessly integrate new content.

Developed and implemented meaningful formation experiences for a group of young adults during weekly community nights, and three annual retreats centered in the Social Change Model of leadership development, faith formation, social justice education, and community development. Supported an intentional community of up to twelve Amate House fellows in building authentic relationships and taking care of household needs as they arise. Recruited and accompanied twenty-one young adults through the application process for a year of full-time service in the city of Chicago while living in an intentional community.

Organized twenty-five different domestic and international immersion experiences for students to have a transformative educational trip with a combination of direct service and cultural immersion in a new community. Trained and nurtured a group of student and staff leaders to analyze societal issues, reflect on them in a transformative way, and lead student participants in how to grow in awareness and take action on these issues.Developed, coordinated, and assessed the recruitment process for twenty student leaders and over 200 student participants to apply and participate in annual service immersion experiences.

Developed, lead and recruited for a robust retreat experience for both campuses including first-year retreats, men’s and women’s retreats, Fall and Spring retreats, as well as established a Kairos retreat program. Built community and developed a strong student leadership team for the Catholic Community at Ithaca College in order to empower students to lead programming and development of the community. Participated in the facilitation of every aspect of campus ministry including organizing and overseeing Liturgies, developing social justice and service opportunities, fundraising opportunities, community building with students, faculty, and staff, as well as providing spiritual guidance for students.

Organized a high school based youth group for the teens at St. James Parish. I recruited adult volunteers, as well as youth for the group, and developed religious-based activities to run during a weekly meeting.
