*Maintained operational status of all Power Generators for the Ft Greely Alaska Power Plant. Performed all Generator Servicing/Repair/Rebuilds including all Generator Support Systems ( High Pressure Fuel Components, Air Start and Compressors, Coolers/Cooling, Circulation Pumps, Electrical, Diagnostic Testing, Intake/Exhaust, Turbochargers, Heat exchangers, Metering, Generator Excitation, Governor Controls, and Air/Fluid Filtration ). *Performed Utilidor servicing/maintenance/repairs in all underground compartments (vaults and walkways) which holds the piping network of the Fort Greely Steam Heat Supply, Condensate Return, Water Main, and Sewage Drain to the Sewage plant. Work involved continual alignment and repacking of many expansion, control, isolation, and regulating valves -- plus repairs to steam trap lines, mudleg relief, insulation maintenance, valve flange and internal bonnet replacements, sump pump operation, and annual cleaning of sewage piping, the vaults, and the complete utilidor network.*Wrote the Power Plant Maintenance Program for scheduled servicing and component changeouts for all power generation equipment. Maintained the History of Servicing and Maintenance performed to all Power Generation Equipment and their support systems. Plus developed the service and repair schedule for the Utilidor piping network which allowed every area to be checked, serviced and repaired as required, at least once per Annual Quarter.
