Responsible for all training, safety, facility management, and customer service of the New Orleans Lakefront Airport. Managed all airport facilities, including 20 buildings with annual revenues of $2.78 million. Managed 13 personnel in the firefighting and maintenance departments and ensured safe and efficient operations, to include onboard training and facilitation. Continuously focused on safety to improve processes and departmental safety programs.

Selected to teach Aviation Safety (SFTY 409) in the classroom environment to undergraduate students.

Responsible for administrative functions, training, safety, multinational planning and the strategic management of maritime operations throughout Asia and Australia. Led and managed 20 aircraft maintenance personnel while deployed (14 months) to Kuwait and Iraq to fly medical evacuation operations. When in San Diego, led, managed and trained 25 aircraft maintenance personnel in the flight line division and 10 personnel in the squadron retail store with an annual operating budget of $10K. Developed and conducted pilot training across all experience levels in the organization.
