- Lead national team responsible for TELUS 4G/5G microwave radio development, planning, design, RF performance, & capacity management (DEV-ENG)- Lead team responsible for national TELUS microwave RF and equipment designs supporting 5G RAN, enterprise, and long-haul transport requirements- Management of yearly CAPEX and OPEX (ISED licensing) budgets- Radio development and equipment roadmap management, testing of new features, software, and hardware in a lab or field environment- Drive consistent high engagement for team members

FCSA is a not-for-profit engineering corporation and an association of Canadian organizations that own and operate microwave radio and satellite communication systems. The FCSA organization provides cloud-based RF design tools for Canadian operators to assist in frequency co-ordination activities (RF interference analysis)- Oversee strategic direction of FCSA organization collaborating with board of directors- Collaborate closely with ISED and the Canadian microwave/satellite operators on frequency co-ordination design matters- Ensure FCSA design tool satisfies both current and future Canadian operator requirements for co-ordination
