Principal consultant and practice leader for intelligent transportation systems. Leading assignments for all aspects of transit technology for agencies as big as Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transit Association to small agencies such as Baton Rouge CATS. Projects include strategic planning, system design, specification, procurement support and implementation oversight.

CH2M purchased the State and Local Division of Booz Allen Hamilton that I was a part of. I was the Senior Technologist and leader of the Transit ITS Practice nationwide for CH2M managing regional groups of ITS professionals delivering projects for radio communications, fleet management, customer information systems and management consulting with regard to technology. Also significant work in regional data warehousing, customer facing applications and developers portals.

Technical consulting position working with Federal, State, and Local Governments performing Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) design and implementation management across the US, Europe and South America. Additionally I performed business development duties in the midwest for IT, ITS, and management consulting opportunities within transit for the entire portfolio of Booz Allen's consulting offerings.

Stepped in as an interim COO for a family friends small distressed telecommunications, structured cabling/fiber, and wireless data implementation firm specializing in Avaya systems postured for small to mid size businesses in eastern Iowa. P&L responsibility for approximately $5 M in business annually. Moved company from negative cash flow to a positive cash flow and positioned the firm to merge with a synergistic firm for long term growth.

Siemens purchased the Integrated Local Government Business from Rockwell. As Technical Marketing Director, I was the chief technical lead for the business area performing customer needs analysis and requirements definition for the development and growth of Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) products for public transit and public safety applications.

As the Systems Architect, I was responsible for the inception and creation of the TransitMaster (Transit) and ResponseMaster (Public Safety) product lines. This business went from $0 to $50 M in annual sales in 4 years.
