CurrentLeading the board, has grown this non-profit organisation into a club of more than 600 members, covering all age groups, diversities and disabilities. Responsible for strategic direction, financial oversight, improvement of service, stakeholder engagement, managing partnerships with a range of local organisations, whilst ensuring services continue to be financially viable to all members. • Managed a £400k rebuild project after the club’s pavilion burned down. Developed strategies to maintain solvency during a significant loss of revenue, raising £0.5m from a variety of sources, including grants, loans and insurance. • Established a comprehensive junior organisation and has grown membership to become one of the largest in the country at ~130 members. • Helped found and run the Derbyshire Disabled Cricket Club, an organization that has become national champions three times in the last five years.
