• Achieved 63% Variability and 38% Mean reductions in Portables Cycle Time in 2006 after a Value Stream Mapping exercise to drive identified actions as part of the Senior Team.
• Led the Nashville campus 2nd Harvest “Spread the Love” peanut butter drive that resulted in $15K donated – the equivalent of six months of their peanut butter staple demand.
• Earned highest large org employee survey score three years in a row – Champion rated 83%.
• Selected to start up Dell’s first Retail focused pick, pack and ship distribution center in December 2007, subsequently shipping over two million Dell and OEM products valued at over $1 billion.
• Eliminated 95% of fines after creating visual standard work defining the critical to quality pallet build requirements for Best Buy, Staples, Wal-Mart and 10 other retailers in 2008.

El Paso, Tx; Colorado Springs, Co; Fort Knox, KY

• Commissioned into the Armor Corps and privileged to lead organizations from 16 to 60 people in some of the most demanding conditions where safety, teamwork, leadership and execution were paramount for success.
• Achieved a Distinguished rating and the top score out of 41 teams in our organization’s primary skills qualification course as a junior officer in 1994.
• Moved my team’s 30 families and $16M in equipment from Fort Bliss Texas to Fort Carson Colorado in 1995 with no injuries or material loss.
• Decorated with the Army Commendation medal for leading an organization that provided exceptional logistical support of all food, water, fuel and ammunition for 900 people.
