I am a highly motivated individual, entrepreneurial by nature and results oriented with an organized disciplined approach to business. I possess a hands on management style and am very committed day to day and on a long term basis to my financial services business and the clients I serve and represent in helping them set and achieve their personal, family and business financial and security goals & objectives while at the same time protecting them from the perils of life that unforeseen circumstances can create for their themselves, their families, businesses, valued employees and accumulated assets. I have been a financial advisor since 1992 and received my initial training and experience from Great West Life which I am proud to say is my sponsoring company to this day. I maintain my own practice and office and have done since 2005. My office manager and assistant Gail Mahler has been with me since I opened my office outside of Great West Life in 2005 as has Joanne Johnson who serves as an assistant and back up to Gail. As a team we connect well with our client base and are still taking on new clients on a selective basis once a mutual understanding and sufficient common ground has been established between us. We are in the business of helping people and the development of trust relationships is the basis upon which we accomplish that. Marketing and small business ownership is my background so I relate very well with small business owners and entrepreneurs.and I have a good solid understanding of the issues that they face in the operation and growth of their businesses.We are accustomed to working with the various team members of our clients, including their accountants, lawyers and group plan administrators. Our offices are located and have been since 2010 on the mezzanine floor of Grant Park Mall in south central Winnipeg. We share space with 5 other independent financial advisors and their teams all of whom have been with us space wise since we moved in.
