I currently oversee all phases of training for the DS Bus Lines, Merriam location. This includes scheduling new hire and recurring training sessions. Conducting training classes when necessary, while helping to develop and revise training as needed. Also, I support and manage the training team. Duties are still evolving daily.

Deliver dispatched loads of rock and other materials to the customer's location. Handle face to face customer service matters at the delivery sites. I also perform daily vehicle inspections to help ensure the safety of the general public, while protecting the image of Parker Construction, the customers we service and the comany Parker Construction is subcontracted to.

I manage an operate a small row crop farm in NW Missouri. When not working in Kansas City.

I help train students enrolled in JCCC's, Class A CDL training class, so they can pass the Pre-trip, skills and road test in either Kansas or Missouri.

> Oversee firearms training and licensing for our South Region. > Supervise firearms trainers assigned to our South Region.> RP for FFL license assigned to my current location, since April of 2014.> Assist with the training of recertifying and initial firearms instructors for Brink's US.>Assist the Director of Firearms, with matters related to firearms tracking, training and licensing. Qualified Representative for Brink's Incorporated, in the state of Minnesota, since 2008.

I support and oversee all training in the branches assigned to the Kansas City Training Center. States I support include, Minnesota, Kansas, Oklahoma and Western Missouri. Training and certifications I hold - Certified Force on Force instructor, ATK, since 2010, NRA LE Handgun / Shotgun instructor, since 1998. Smith Systems driver instructor for Brinks, since 1998. Certified rifle instructor, with Brinks, specializing in the AR platform, since 2012.Additionally, I've attended various tactical handgun classes in the US and in South America. I continue to assist the Director of Firearms, for North America with the firearms instructor training, for North America.

Central Region

Managed and supported the training, licensing and other related concerns for 13 states and over 50 facilities. Additionally, I assist the Director of Firearms for North America with the instructor training for firearms instructors for Brinks.

Assisted the Branch Manager with running the day to day operation. Supported staff, helped manage routing, security, training, licensing and all other related issues.

Conducted and managed the training for the Columbia, Springfield, St. Joseph and Kansas City, Missouri facilities, along with the Wichita and Topeka, KS. facilities. Managed the gun permit licensing in Kansas City as well during this period.Additionally, as a class A, CDL driver and firearms instructor, I drove and operated the company's mobile range system in the states of Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.

During this period, I worked in various positions. I started in 1986 as a driver, but also worked as a Guard, Messenger and Cashier, before becoming a full time trainer.

Supervised and trained the staff assigned to the texure crew and managed the spray texure operation side of the operation.

Drove assigned routes, scheduled or completed repairs and service for the bus. Additionally, coached the school's boys and girls basketball teams.
