In addition to the items mentioned above under "speciaties", Mr. Johnson performs construction document reviews, coordinates documents prepared by engineering trades with architectural documents. He also performs base building planning and design. Mr. Johnson schedules personnel in order to accomplish client and company goals. He also participates in Aztec's marketing efforts.

Mr. Johnson's responsibilities included building code and ADA compliance, scheduling of personnel to accomplish company goals, review of construction documents for completeness and coordination with documents of other trades, and project management. Mr. Johnson was also responsible for the production personnel's performance.

During Mr. Johnson's 12 years with Bellemead, he was responsible for managing all aspects of itsTenant Design Department. This department designed and produced construction documents for an extensive list of clients in seven states totaling over one million square feet per year.
