Responsible for Business Development at WebPixel Technologies - a Web development and consulting company. In the first place, it means delivering the right message by working successfully both as a team and independently.In fact, Business Development is a rather wide notion that can be broadly divided into such extensive activities as developing and maintaining the company's overall marketing and sales strategy; negotiating the project terms and workflow both with PMs, developers on our side and my clients on the other one and mitigating any controversial situations that may emerge in the course of the project.I'm also the primary point of communication/emergency/daily-basis/whatever-what contact for the client. Thus, he/she doesn't have to get bounced around contacts like it happens in some agencies, which consequently leads to miscommunication and tasks understanding problems.The daily duties cover:- constant managing the projects I have commitment to my customers for;- pre-sale activities, i.e. preparing clarifying questions for the customer, making up project quotes and estimates, thinking over the team line-up etc.;- negotiating the agreement project and support terms;- making up invoices for the customers and continual tracking of the payment process;- cooperating with the marketing specialist on SEO and SMM;- editing and proofreading the content for the website, including landing pages;- composing case studies and company presentations;- risk management and mitigation of the controversial situations, if any.Specialties: Intercultural Communication, Project Management, International business affairs, Software Development and Consulting Services, Sales, Marketing, SMM, Public Relations.
