With over 19 years of experience in the security industry, I am currently the Security Supervisor at Aspire Defence Services Limited, a leading provider of infrastructure and facilities management for the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) and Civil Service. I hold a valid Security Check (SC) clearance and a strong knowledge of security standards, policies, and procedures.My core competencies include conducting security audits, managing security risks, and leading a team of security officers to ensure the safety and security of Aldershot Garrison, one of the largest military bases in the UK. I coordinate with the MoD and Civil Service stakeholders to deliver high-quality service in accordance with the contract and Aspire's best practices. I am passionate about providing a secure and efficient environment for the military personnel and civilians who work and live in the Garrison, and I am always looking for ways to improve and enhance our security operations.
