Military Contractor for Space Missile and Defense Command at Reagan Test Site missile range. Primarily developing and implementing methods for calibration and collimation of large telescopes and highspeed camera systems used at 5 different Observatory sites around Kwajalein Atoll. Each site housed at least 5 sensors with a combination of Visible and IR varying from short, mid to long wave using FLIR cameras. Designed and built laser collimating tool that is used remotely at each site without removing telescope from the 3 ton Super Radot pedestals. Active Secret Clearance.

Held an R&D position primarily specialized in rapid prototyping of diffraction grating waveguide lenses and holographic optical elements for future generation augmented reality headsets using interference lithography with photoresist, volume phase films or liquid crystal polarization materials. Especially knowledgeable about most visible and UV SLM lasers. Very adept at designing, purchasing and building various optical systems which are used for 2 beam interference lithography, automated Lloyds mirror and optical measurement tools. Other tasks involved performance evaluation of optical devices for resolution (MTF), contrast, uniformity and efficiencies. In addition fabricated custom optics such as special prisms and unique resist-patterned media. In addition, first named inventor on 2 patents.

Zebra Imaging produced computer generated and real time 3D Holograms. Primary activities involved building, managing and maintaining full color CW and Pulse Laser Holographic Imagers. I developed the test methods to define color accuracy and brightness of images by using spectrometers and set up many process controls. Also worked in R&D projects which included optical setups, laser alignments, motion control electronics and proprietary software apps. In addition, I held DOD Top Secret Clearance with an SCI.
