Returning to Kwajalein to continue the important work of the NetOps group and their lasting impacts on the successes of the Ronald Reagan Ballistic Missile Defense Test Site (RTS).

Cape Canaveral Space Force Station

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineers to modernize, secure, document and operate existing network infrastructure and end devices for all ULA launch facilities at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS), Florida. • Work with the ULA cyber security team to develop plans and implement RMF/CNSSI-compliant configurations for all ULA networks.• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of union technicians and junior communications engineers to provide training for new procedures, requirements and methods of installing, troubleshooting and maintaining network appliances within the risk management framework (RMF). • Perform on-console monitoring and support of telemetry, voice and video networks for all ULA launch operations.• Support operations, maintenance and troubleshooting for remote ULA facilities, including Denver, Colorado and Vandenberg Space Force Base, California.

Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands

• Designed new and modernized existing classified and unclassified government networks• Applied DoD RMF/Secure Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIG) configuration settings where applicable.• Created and maintained applicable documentation for accreditable networks.• Attended mission planning meetings and extrapolated real/actionable requirements from customer stated requirements/desires.• Served as the primary network point of contact for government personnel while deployed onboard USAV Worthy during remote/mobile RTS missions. • Provided on-console network operations support and training in both land-based and ship-based mission control centers.
