Led Customer Deployment Engineering that led the push to expand Unity and Unity Connection into customer environments greater than 10k users post Active Voice acquisition. Recruited and led tier 3 customer support engineering. Program Managed multiple releases and feature development projects.

Wrote the specification for the Electrical Load Management System. Was a key team member in overseeing its development, delivery and support as part of Boeing’s most successful airplane model to date. During this time, was relocated to Cheltenham, England to oversee the subcontractor developing the system.
