Responsible for moving the Timex Distribution center from Little Rock Arkansas to Cebu City Phillipines. Used equipment was searched for in the US and shipped to Cebu City. Conveyors, rack, fork lifts, and packaging equipment. A shrink wrap pallet system was designed and implemented in order to reduce pilferage.
