Lead Project Manager/Scrum MasterManaged high profile Information Technology projects serving as the Lead Project Manager or Scrum Master. Performed as Lead Project Manager from inception in Information Technology to Production deployment and through Post-Production Testing. Working with Business and IT personnel built and managed the integrated project schedule. Facilitated and scheduled all weekly or ad hoc project calls to quickly close out any open issues or defects.• Managed Executive Mandate project Texas Association eLearning. Effort was originally to be delivered on November 2021 but was asked to pull up into October 2021 which was met. There were approximately 83 applications to coordinate with 22 being code impacted. Expected revenue generated over 3 years was forecasted at $108M. The budget on this project was $2.5M.• Managed ADI Diversity effort to provide Access and POP Diversity circuits to Enterprise Customers. High profile project that will be part of the Executive Sales kickoff meeting January 2022. The IT Portion of the project is on target to be delivered on November 2021 with Production Validation Test and Controlled Introduction continuing into early 2022. The budget on this project was originally $3.6M and projected full delivery is $2.9M.

Directed monthly software releases to production for Premier Online Care, Online Sales, and Billing. Planned, coordinated, and monitored deployment across development, quality assurance, data and system administrators, and user acceptance test. Served as Scrum Master for SAFe Systems Team.• Delivered 100% of monthly releases with zero downtime to end customers through detailed reviews of software deployment and verification steps with key stakeholders.• Communicated progress regularly to stakeholders and senior executives through status reports and checkpoint meetings.

Performed end-to-end management for Premier, including Front Door, PMO, and Release Management with 30+ contractors. DSL PMO, DSL / LD Compliance and OperationsHeld end-to-end management and oversight responsibility for Amdocs and Accenture vendors in operations and compliance. Managed program office and Project Managers for all DSL-related efforts. Outperformed all compliance objectives for DSL and LD footprint of 100+ applications.
