- Provided end-user support to 70+ staff across UK offices, partnering with agency IT department. Responsible for machine builds, upgrades, troubleshooting and support, managing all joiner, leaver and freelance needs. - Tech Lead for EMEA region across all in-house workflow and production management systems, providing training, documentation and support to users. Partnered with business leads and development team to ensure agency requirements were understood and aligned to technology roadmap.- Responsible for IT Operations and Implementation, including managing of office moves.

Responsibilities in this role included providing Mac Support to over 50 RedWorks staff across the UK offices working alongside Ogilvy's dedicated IT Department. I used various software and platforms daily such as Xinet and Casper to deploy new builds to all Macs, performing software and hardware upgrades as needed, supplying new starters and freelancers with the required hardware and software. I was made the EMEA regional lead for RedTrax (our proprietary web-based workflow and production management system) and provided training, documentation and support to users. I was the point of contact for additional teams who would benefit from RedTrax, and worked with them to ensure we understood and could meet their unique requirements before beginning configuration and deployment.

As Senior Artworker I worked on above-and-below-the-line Print work, as well as retouching and elements of digital work. Beyond this, I provided on-the-ground technical support for the department, as well as responsibilities in technical aspects of the studio, including archiving and restoring artwork, managing access to Font libraries. I worked closely with Ogilvy IT on their Master Mac Build/Image to ensure staff could work at their most efficient.
