1.Trained as Manufacturing Engineer at the first three months, I need to communicate with design engineer and product manager to make sure the projects could reach the milestone and be approved to production within timeline, 2.Act as Frame Design and Manufacturing Engineer from the sixth month, design new frames/forks 3D since getting the Geo/Specs from PM then work as manufacturing engineer to move the project to production lifecyle smoothly by solving the manufacturing issues. Go through every steps from tubes design to production approval after all testing results passed and issues solved. To solve the manufacturing issues after reviewing the FAI reports, hold the Pre-pilot/production meeting to approve the projects to production after reviewing test summary and all pending issues from manufacturing & quality. 3. Weekly NPI meeting with product manager and engineers to update the projects and action plan to get issues solved quickly.4. Run the bike shop at Shenzhen office, keep stimulate all colleague's passion for cycling by holding weekend ride and other cycling competition.
