Quitline is a national smoking cessation service, operating as a not for profit organisation, funded by the Ministry of Health in New Zealand. It delivers a 24 hour support service in the form of telephone, text and online support to clients wishing to give up smoking.Key Responsibilities• Support clients via telephone and online channels to understand their addiction and to help them formulate strategies to become and remain smoke free.• Manage the Call Centre, manage the flow of calls outbound calls as it relates to the flow of inbound calls, managing staff adherence, support Quitline advisors, deal with client inquiries and/or completes, deal with problematic and/or abusive callers.• Stand in Team Leader when required, supporting team members, facilitate team meetings, report back to team leader.• Provide training and coaching as part of the training programme for newly inducted staff
