Fully plan and schedule work orders that optimize labour, materials, external services, costs, and duration whilst following all business processes.Prepare pre-schedule and schedule reports with area management team.Attend weekly maintenance / supply meeting to address materials management issues.Create notifications / work orders as required.Source quotes and create purchase requisitions as required. Initiate and monitor BOM changes through the FL - BOM co-ordinator.Review / amend / create maintenance strategies in conjunction with maintenance team.Manage work order backlog / reschedule and plan work orders.Assist other planning groups as required.Initiate and manage offsite repairs.Produce weekly KPI reports for the department.

Work with production and engineering to identify and initiate required maintenance and process improvements.Anticipate workloads and arrange outside contractors as appropriate.Schedule all general maintenance of equipment.Run the weekly maintenance planning meeting and reported to management.Arrange parts and labour for all jobs as required.Ensure FL's and BOM's are maintained and updated in SAP.Help with SAP training for new employee's and those wishing to further their knowledge. Based at CHHWP Sawmill, plus many other industrial sites.Fault finding on all plant equipmentWork with production to identify possible process upgrades then implement these.Fault finding on the hydraulic power packs though out the sawmill.Supervise external contractors during shut downs.Maintain conveyor systems, rollers and drives.Maintain cyclones, vibratory screens.Rebuild and replace all pumps, agitators and associated equipment within the paper making industry.Installation and commissioning of new plant and equipment.

Work with customers to fully identify their requirements.Schedule staff and materials to ensure prompt job completion.Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard.Negotiate with Insurance companies and suppliers.
