Lead deployment activity providing technical and procedural support to field and finance stakeholders. Produced enhanced MI reports to help identify opportunity and drive compliance with new process to 96% of 1300 units in first 4 weeks of deployment.• Developed Tactical Production Control solution for delivery to provide unit managers with clear visibility of hours and productivity targets, with ability to develop and playback resource plans to senior stakeholders across the business. Project managed pilot deployment activity across the UK and ensured that pilot unit feedback was incorporated through continuous improvement of pilot system.• Designed and developed & implemented a unit/work area level, workload based, daily opportunity model for delivery function across Royal Mail. Identifying areas of opportunity to support allocation of planning resource and operational improvement focus.• Provide SME guidance and support to cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring that system capabilities improve and provide end users with effective and value added data moving forward.
