This included financial planning & budgeting, architectural design, org unit (AWS) and subscription (Azure) design, security and compliance integration, standards, policies, RBAC, security, runbook and KPI development.● Designed and deployed zero-trust Landing Zones in both AWS and Azure using established best practices, including the Microsoft WA LZ Framework and AWS Control Tower. For both tenants this included connectivity, internal networking & security, N/S and E/W traffic inspection, and a multi-VNet/VPC design to isolate network, identity, management and app functions.● Established a DevOps framework for CSH to support all infrastructure and application development and continuous integration utilizing ADO, Terraform and AWS DevOps tools. Led to significant workload efficiency improvements and supported the push into Agile project and development methodology for CSH.● Established virtualization and storage standards and completed a comprehensive optimization effort for a large vSphere ecosystem across 4 major CSH data centers and 200+ facilities. This eliminated 2115 host servers and led to $16.9m/yr in cost savings.● Implemented automated build & configuration processes across all on-prem virtualization environments, allowing for the reduction of 4 Build Engineering positions and SIGNIFICANT gains in workflow efficiency.
