I am newly installed as the Digital Lead for Project Management at RLB. I will be helping to accelerate the PM service along its digital transformation journey.I am a Chartered Information Professional and a trusted advisor with excellent client and peer relationships across the industry. I have advised on and developed the information architecture for major high-profile projects, such as the Thameslink Programme, the North London Heat and Power Project, and the Defra Scientific Centre for Animal Health. I am passionate about driving the cultural change required to make the most of technical innovation in projects and teams.
