St. Regis, The Luxury Collection, W Hotels, Le Meridien, Westin, Sheraton • Supervised brand experience delivery across all six full service brands for Starwood's North America Division• Directed 25 brand management professionals who execute and evaluate brand and tactical marketing communications and PR throughout the division. • Lead the Field Marketing team, a group of 70 performance based marketers in seven regional offices, which act as an in-house digital marketing agency, and focus on topline revenue/demand generation, creative development, and tracking/analysis of all marketing initiatives for all the hotels in the division, and generated $900 million in tracked revenue. • Supervised the Digital, Loyalty and Partner Marketing for North America. This team drives activation of SPG programming, exclusive marketing partners and digital innovation. • Oversaw the Architecture and Construction team of 24 design and project management professionals who work on new hotel construction, conversion and renovation projects VP, Field Marketing, North America • Grew the Field Marketing organization from a “test case” for a small number of Starwood’s hotels, to representing over 600 Full Service and Select Service hotels. • In addition to driving revenue and ROI back to the hotels, teams focused on optimizing key metrics on web performance, SEO, and reputation management. Regional VP, Sales & Marketing • Lead the sales, marketing and revenue management efforts for the ten Starwood properties in New York City. In 2003, took over the Mid-Atlantic Region, which had thirty five hotels from Virginia to Connecticut.
