Project Manager and design engineer for civil engineering projects with an emphasis on municipal water resources projects, including stormwater detention facilities, stream stabilization, combined sewer separation, small structure replacement, sanitary sewer, water and utility relocation. Responsible for the preparation and review of business proposals, construction plans, cost estimates, technical specifications and contract documents. Acted as project manager and certifying engineer for the 2006 Outstanding Floodplain Project of the Year (construction cost $5.5M), presented by the Indiana Association for Floodplain and Stormwater Management (INAFSM).
