David is a Project Manager, Certified Records Manager and Information Lifecycle Governance Consultant (ILG) where he provides customers with best practice approach for developing solutions and strategies for the implementation of legally compliant information management programs. He has developed hardcopy and digital information governance programs for international companies, banking, and government entities. He is currently focused on providing strategic direction and management support for the implementation of Daimler Trucks North America's Records Management Program. He is particularly well suited for developing partnerships with internal and external teams, motivating members to work together in the development of innovative information governance solutions. He is recognized as a thought leader in the industry and is an active industry speaker. He is a past President and Chairman of ARMA International, where he was presented with ARMA Internationals Distinguished Service Award. He has written and edited privacy law and provided valuable testimony on electronic discovery for the 2006 Amended Rules of Civil Procedure.He is a Certified Records Manager (CRM), and was inducted into ARMA International’s Company of Fellows (FAI).
