As Record Manager, I served as the advisor for the strategic direction of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle’s information management program. I created and implemented the program, including partnering with IT in the development of an email archive and ECM system. Responsibilities included advising on best practice, strategic direction, benchmarking, compliance, change management and training programs. I was a member of the Bank’s Risk Compliance team where I provided strategic direction on meeting the information management requirements of the Banking Rules of 12CFR 1235.

As Record Manager I was responsible for the strategic direction of the enterprise record management program. Responsibilities included development of the company record management strategy, email archive solution, information governance policies, email policies, and litigation hold processes. I was the liaison for litigation support for hardcopy and digital repositories. Was a member on several executive level committees, including Corporate Security, IT Security, Audit and Compliance Committee’s.
