Profit and Loss responsibility for campaign to expand our Systems Engineering Services into new markets. Successfully grew revenue over 100% and developed geographically dispersed workforce supporting Air Force, Navy, and NASA.

Led the technical team responsible for architecting and engineering the Lockheed Martin GPS III Enterprise Solution (Space, Ground, and User Equipment) for the Phase A study contract. Led the Systems Engineering and Integration bid element for the GPS III Spacecraft production contract awarded in Fall 2007.

Led strategic planning activities for Intelligence Community Client. Proposed and executed cost/performance and feasibility studies to define 10 year acquisition roadmap. Reviewed all Directorate technical materials for accuracy and consistent messaging prior to external release. Led technical team for interagency panel charged with evaluating troubled multi-billion dollar acquisition and providing recommended path forward. Received major Client and Corporate awards for technical excellence.

Led technical performance definition for major multi-agency Spacecraft and Ground System Acquisition. Promoted to Program Chief Engineer in 1998. Responsibilities included system definition, baseline control, risk management, and issue resolution for two new classes of space vehicles and ~25 ground system procurements. Led ground system transition to operations (on schedule) and supported successful launch and operations for first space asset (6 month delay). Strong schedule performance for a program with many technical "firsts" were unprecedented and recognized though Client and Corporate awards

Multiple assignments with increasing responsibility performing advanced spacecraft concept studies, including End to End Architecture definition and mission performance estimation. Analysis of Alternatives results supported government investment and acquistion strategies.
