I work as a tenant advocate with the Columbus office of CBRE with local and national office and industrial tenants to negotiate the best solutions for their real estate needs while minimizing the financial exposure and business risk of their decisions. Mr. McKee has focused exclusively on tenant advocacy since joining The Staubach Company in 2003 and carrying through to date following Staubach’s merger with JLL.Mr. McKee is responsible for representing clients in facility and site acquisition. His responsibilities include business development, strategic implementation, market research and coordination, with a special emphasis on financial analysis and lease review and negotiation. His well-developed technical knowledge of the real estate process gives him a broad understanding of the important principles that must be incorporated into a transaction.
