My career spans a diverse array of construction sectors, from high-risk environments, such as decommissioning ammunition production facilities, to new-build housing projects. Throughout this journey, I have played a pivotal role in ensuring the health and safety of individuals and protecting the environment. This role has been varied, challenging, and immensely rewarding.I firmly believe that positive change is driven by a cultural mindset shift, emphasizing the value of individual uniqueness. This principle is a cornerstone in both personal and business development.In addition to my construction experience, I am a qualified High-Risk Conflict Mediator, specializing in incidents involving firearms and knives.
