The role of Global Learning Solutions Consultant is focused on enabling HR groups to harness the capabilities of the Learning and Leadership Centre of Expertise through: - Proactive collaboration with agreed programme areas. - Building relationships across the organisation. - Translating strategies and business needs into development and learning needs and agreed solutions with t demonstrable impact. - Utilizing the expertise of the Learning and Leadership Centre of Excellence to deliver strategic capabilities to defined audiences. - Leading the design and development of solutions and capabilities that help unlock organisational strategy. - Provide high level consultancy, expertise and implementation guidelines across all areas of learning and Leadership. - Acting as Learning and Leadership champion to the business and HR community.
