Position within land acquisition team for a publicly traded homebuilder & land developer. The goal of my team is to acquire and develop land so that Dream Finders Homes can build residential neighborhoods in the Central Florida market. Daily duties included but not limited to: underwrite raw, entitled, shovel-ready and finished lot land deals, conduct competitive market analysis, draft LOI's, utilize land banks for financing, create land acquisition memorandums to present to asset management counsel, analyze PSA's and create packaging to get AMC approval to go under contract on deal, process land development invoices, run DD on new deals, send out wire requests for deposits.
