I am supporting the Program Manager with respect to the New Product Introduction (NPI) of the Airbus A400M Normal Interface Module through all phases from design into full production.Supporting the design team through the gated design review process to enable all material, equipment and relevant documentation is available to the required standards to support the tight timescales of the project.I also work with the supply chain team to identify the long lead items, to define the impact to the project and work a recovery plan.I am supporting the team with the planned Airbus reviews of the project while working to the customers GRESS requirements. I am providing the team with the relevant project planning, while highlighting and working the critical path of the project.

My current role is Transfer Manager with Aircelle Burnley. I am Project Managing the Transfer of highly complex composite and assembled product to the supply chain. I am also supporting the Transfer Team by implementing a gated transfer process to support the successful transfer of product on time and to cost.

My previous Transfer role at GE was transferring both Airbus and Boeing products to Suzhou China and the US. I was managing a team of 8 members with a wide range of skill sets to ensure a controlled and smooth transfer of product to the agreed time scales.

Previously eesponsible for all Quality Control activity within GA Aviation Arle Court. Introducing a Root Cause and Corrective Action process to prevent re-occurrence of any deviation found within the business. Management of the Goods Inwards Inspection, Machine Shop Inspection, CMM Inspection and Calibration departments. Running several improvement teams using the relevant quality tools to implement improvement activities.
