David began his career with JCI as an applications engineer and project manager, and rejoined the company in 2005 where he significantly increased product and system sales through the plan & spec and owner-direct channels. This strong sales experience is complimented by 9 years of product management leadership at Trane (Ingersoll Rand).David has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology and has extensive training in customer development and key account management methodologies.David has been an active speaker on subjects ranging from specific technology applications such as VAV to emerging technologies at ASHRAE and AMCA events.
