After 27 years in Securities operations I moved over to IT in Oct 2018 working in our Reconciliations IT group. My previous teams are now my clients and I help deliver their reconciliation IT needs. I currently manage two offshore teams in India and one team here in London, a team full of enthusiastic doers who are a joy to manage and work with. We work in an Agile way and continuous improvement is what we strive for, with exceptional results. My role covers Project Management, Scrum Master , Sprint planning, Budgets and recoveries amongst many other tasks.Previous roles in Operations here at RBC included managing the Fixed Income and Equities Operations team, Building and then managing the Reconciliations and Control team and most recently (prior to moving to IT) looking after the Capital Markets month end attestation process from an Operations perspective, working very closely with Finance and Product Control teams.
