Identified structural weaknesses, inefficiencies in process, cost over-runs, inadequate MI and a poorly implemented CRM system. Organisations Board has chosen to implement all recommendations made;• Interim FD position at same organisation commenced 3 weeks later to deliver recommendations, including restructuring of entire finance function, introduction of quality MI, implementation of business critical procedures, controls and processes, re-engineering the budget process, and to provide support to the CEO. Rolling contract, 1 months notice. Now moved to secondary phase after successfully recruiting a permanent FD for the organisation.Interim FD at large, family owned and operated holiday and leisure park. A new position at the company the brief is to implement controls and procedures to enable the Board to drive the business forward after a period of investment and growth. To provide guidance and support to the Board in setting financial, operational & commercial strategies. Re-engineer the finance function and introduce a full budgeting and forecasting process
