Responsible for a regional domestic portfolio of critical data center operations. Responsible for all aspects of site operations management (critical infrastructure, DCO, and physical security teams, P&L, financial analysis, master planning and new customer solutions and construction). Accountable for Directors and Management teams at existing facilities and their direct oversight of data center operations, maintenance, physical security, and customer service for all assigned properties. Monitor the market and competition while developing the strategy and associated programs necessary to improve the P&L and serve the customer. Consistently developing and monitoring short-term and long-range business plans for the site operations including master playbook, career path, training platforms as well as product mix and efficiency programs that maximize ROIC. Additional responsibility to work with the Development platform in continuous infrastructure build out, new site development, and other capital projects as the team provides sites and operations that are consistent with overall profit and growth objectives of the company.
