I am currently planning and implementing a server upgrade from Windows Server 2003 to Mac OS X Server, while ensuring we retain DHCP Functionality, implementing Account Management via Open Directory, as well as bringing in new functionality, such as synchronized event calendars and an editable wiki server for internal use. I am also currently exploring upgrading the existing Database from Access 2003 to a new Filemaker Pro Database.Current ongoing projects include Video Editing for various projects, managing social media accounts for the ministry, designing email campaigns and updating our website.

At Timothy Generation, we believe that it isn't enough for youth and young adults to be the church of tomorrow, they need to realize they are the church of today.I am in charge of scheduling and editing for all the posts that occur at Timothy Generation. Part of my job is to generate consistent blogs and teachings that are not only relevant to the younger generations in the church, but ones that can also help them. I want them to be empowered and empassioned to go out and change the world for Jesus.I also help with promotion of our articles on Tuesdays and Thursdays across various social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) from my own profiles as well as our official profiles.

As a CNST Instructor, my job is to teach our students how to be effective IT professionals. I teach them proper procedures for troubleshooting, and soft skills such as communication and how to properly interact with customers/users. I also teach them the technical skills needed to use and maintain a variety of systems and products they will be working with in the IT field, including, but not limited to Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, and Cisco Networking devices.

As Co-Director of Children's Ministry, I set schedules for children's workers, and develop strong teams with a focus on teaching children the foundational principles of the Word of God. One of my primary jobs is to adapt the Superkids Academy Curriculum to fit our smaller staff/class size.As a youth leader, I am involved in teaching the youth, as well as scheduling events and trips that are designed to engage our teenagers.On the worship team, I play whatever instrument is needed-Drums, Bass, Guitar, and Keys/Synths.For the Creative Team, I provide video editing as needed, including our first and (currently) only television commercial. I traveled Connecticut with a group of strength athletes that spoke at churches of varying sizes. As an evangelistic group, our goal was to get their attention with entertaining feats of strength, and then preach the Gospel to them.I assisted in set up and tear down for events, as well as photography, filming, some video editing, and helping out wherever else I was needed.

My job was to support the various audio visual systems on campus, including projectors and SMARTBoards, as well as television systems, and an advanced projection system. I also provided backup coverage to the Network Administrator, assisted on networking projects as needed, and worked with the Network Administrator to develop a system to bring network connectivity to all of the classroom projectors, which would allow for central management, as well IP projection.One of the more interesting tasks I worked on long term was filming teachers for evaluation purposes. I filmed a view of students and teachers, let the teachers pick their selection, and edited a picture within picture video that showed the teacher teaching and the students reactions in real time. It was extremely useful for teacher's evaluation themselves and finding ways to improve.

As a Desktop Support Specialist, I supported the students, staff, and faculty of the Taft School in their various computer needs, including troubleshooting and fixing hardware, troubleshooting applications and software, virus removal, and general upkeep and maintenance on Windows PC's as well as Macs.
