While continuing to direct Change and Release Mgmt, I also assumed responsibility for these other teams. However, at the end of February outsourcing was announced and all these teams (myself included) were affected. We went into "Transition Mode" which ended on May 29.

I lead the team that oversees our change management practices that keep us compliant with our SOX controls, as well as code development/deployment best practices. We also employ release management processes for our SAP ECC and attached environments. We manage releases in an N+1 and N+2 landscape. Recent experience includes migration to the SAP S/4 HANA platform and making sure DevOps processes have proper controls to stay audit compliant while retaining a speed-to-market mentality.

Oversee teams that develop and maintain application solutions in the areas mentioned. Software includes SAP, Cognos, SolArc, PureSafety, and many applications developed in-house utilizing .NET and ABAP. I oversee the portfolio of projects and make sure resources are allocated to the highest priority projects, even those outside my area.

Responsible for projects and application ownership in the Supply Chain space, which includes supply planning and demand forecasting for more than 60 poultry processing facilities and 3 case ready beef and pork processing facilities.

Managed SAP modules for production, inventory and plant maintenance.

Held various positions in Tyson IT...programmer, release administrator, SAP Basis Administrator, Project Leader, Manager.

Consultant working on Sales and Inventory conversion project.

COBOL, ACMS, DECforms programmer. Worked on Shop Floor data collection system (MES in today's terms).
