Led turnaround of San Diego Site from a target for divestment to the Cobham Site with the fastest rate of revenue growth (+20% CAGR). Developed and implemented course corrections for a Lean Implementation, initiated by McKinsey Consulting that had failed to yield results in 15 months.• Increased on-time to promise (OTTP) from 60% to all-time highs in the mid-90%!• Productivity increased +20%, which included a 45% reduction in overtime.• 25% reduction in WIP inventory• Repetitive motion injuries reduced by 85%• Improved service earned sole-source positions on key programs which is leading to revenue growth from $155 million (2012) to $300 million in 2020.
