ICL/IBM mainframe operations room manager, tape store librarian, laser printer manager, back office support, etc. etc. It was policy to rotate staff round different roles every 18 months or so in those days which means you got a lot of experience. A lot of in depth technical training as well as the systems and software weren't as reliable and didn't have fancy gui diagnostics. The first ICL mainframe I started on had a teleprinter console interface and 2K (no I didn't get my K's and M's mixed up) of main memory and you could still have half a dozen jobs running. On occasion they managed into double figures if the right combination of jobs came in.
