Was Partner in Charge of Corporate Finance for a number of years and was a member of the Policy Counsel of the National Executive Committee.Qualified Chartered Accountant (1979). Holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree (1978) and a Higher Diploma in Company Law (1984) from the University of the Witwatersrand.Member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
