Working with working with one of Canada's largest private sector employee associations, I conceptualized and developed an innovative and multi-faceted workplace wellness program in step with CLAC’s long-term strategic vision and in accord with the union-management environment. As a multi-trade union, I tailored the program to the various and diverse work.

As Director and Clinical Supervisor, I created and launched this community-based counselling agency in recognition of the need for safe, accessible counselling services for individuals and families in the community. I grew the clinic to an 18-member team of trained and certified therapists who collectively provided 5000+ hours of counselling per year on.
