• Manage, train and mentor a team of Field Engineers and prioritise their tasks based on operational requirements with Ops Management.
• Provide an on-call 24/7 technical support service for both Long Term Monitoring and DST SRO product lines during critical periods of an installation.
• Support Project Managers or Operations Managers for each product line with technical input into job design, system level testing, system integration testing or configuration parameters.
• Conduct statistical analysis of system performance across both product lines. Report the data in a monthly dashboard for review by Ops Managers and for presenting at the monthly management meeting.
• Review the technical content of commercial proposals when requested by Business Development Manager or Product Line Managers
• Deliver training modules when required and validate the performance of other training modules / trainers.
