I play a key role in helping them with their end-to-end business transformation needs through envisioning, designing and demonstrating solutions mapped to business value.

Working at Codec, I was lucky enough to work as Solution Architect and lead on a number of really exciting projects. I lead a team of highly talented professionals delivering cutting edge D365 solutions across many industries including banking, public sector and utilities. I also managed a team of excellent consultants.

During my 7 years with 4th Millennium, I moved from application developer to analyst to Project Manager.I worked on many very large projects including the full product development cycle of our flagship ERP system developed for the construction industry - SPADE.Over the years in the role, I had very technical responsibilities, but towards the end, I had a very client-facing role and worked as a consultant to our clients on implementing the product.
